We measured and measured again and determined what was needed was a rectangular piece. Using some coffee themed fabric we stitched additional borders. Notice that certain letters are capitalized? It was challenging working.

Sunday, April 19, 2015. A Quilted Spring Table Runner. I wanted to make a Spring table runner and this is the result. I started out with some lemon fabric scraps and pulled more fabric and scraps to go with it. I like it a lot better in person than in these pictures. The backing is green and white dotted. I can flip it over for a whole new look. I added a basket of hand made spring colored cloth napkins and some dollar store fruit on a white platter. Monday, April 6, 2015.

Monday, January 8, 2018. The best book for natural purees. I loved this book so much when I had my baby. I created this post years ago but never published it. I thought I would share that I made my baby his food and never bought store bought baby food. It is so easy to make your own baby food. All you need to do is peel, boil and jar.
